UNE 147201:2024
We manufacture the metal structures of our padel courts in compliance with the UNE 147201:2024 standard, which establishes the quality and safety standards for the manufacture of padel courts, complying with numerous standards and regulations such as:
· The structural resistance defined by the Eurocodes under the UNE-EN 1993 standard.
· The quality of the steel according to UNE-EN 10025-1 and UNE-EN 10204, with at least type 2.1.
· The welding process in our factory according to UNE-EN ISO 15614, with welders qualified and certified according to UNE-EN ISO 9606, and with weld inspection acceptance criteria at level C of UNE-EN ISO 5817.
· The traceability of the processes according to UNE-EN 1090-2.
· The corrosion protection according to UNE-EN ISO 12944-2:2018, for an average durability of 5 to 15 years.
Quality materials
STRUCTURAL STEEL
We use S355 + Z275 galvanized steel or galvanized S235 steel (depending on the court model) in the active perimeters of the court structure.
TEMPERED GLASS
High-quality neoprene gaskets are used to absorb shocks and vibrations between the glass and the metal structure

Top-quality monofilament turf that provides the perfect surface for play.
