Our court to
extreme weather
conditions

Capable of withstanding hurricanes and wind gusts of up to 160 mph / 260 km/h.

A fully panoramic court of high resistance

A hurricane-resistant panoramic padel court engineered for highly exposed locations.

Infinity Xtrem is the high-resistance evolution of the Infinity structural concept: a fully panoramic dynamic court structure, with no corner pillars, engineered for demanding wind-exposed environments. Designed together with JUBOpadel’s engineering and development team and validated under European and American engineering criteria, it is conceived to withstand hurricanes and wind gusts of up to 160 mph / 260 km/h while preserving professional playability, visibility and safety.

Based on the patented Infinity system, Infinity Xtrem combines a reinforced panoramic perimeter, high-resistance structural components and a dynamic load-distribution concept to maintain stability in the harshest conditions. It is the court for coastal areas, rooftops, exposed venues and projects where wind resistance, certified engineering and premium panoramic design are critical.

As part of the Infinity family, it preserves low visual impact, immersive aesthetics and FIP-compliant playing conditions, while taking structural resistance to the highest level.

Technical Specifications

Extreme wind resistance

Engineered for hurricanes and wind gusts of up to 160 mph / 260 km/h, making it suitable for coastal areas, rooftops, exposed locations and demanding outdoor projects.

Fully panoramic dynamic structure

A no-corner-pillar system that preserves panoramic visibility while using a dynamic structural concept to distribute wind loads and structural stress across the court.

Patented structural system

A triangular 150 x 70 x 3 mm perimeter profile runs along the 60-metre perimeter of the structure, creating a patented system designed to achieve maximum resistance under Eurocode-based criteria.

Patented anchor plate system

Thick perimeter anchor plates level and secure the metal structure while supporting the glass, helping distribute loads over a larger area so the court works as a single structural block.

Reinforced structural support

Four 160 x 80 x 3 mm pillars and customizable 8 mm buttress plates act as the central support of the structure, designed to distribute both load and stress across the complete court.

High-resistance steel structure

High-resistance carbon steel and Magnelis® steel mesh frames provide strength, protection and structural reliability for demanding outdoor applications.

Patented thick frames

Magnelis® steel frames with 5 mm thickness and inner 50 x 50 x 4 mm electro-welded mesh improve resistance against deformation caused by impacts while maintaining a clean, continuous finish.

Certified durability and protection

Certified paint system with Qualisteelcoat® C4H and C5VH protection according to ISO 12944, with enhanced options for humid, coastal or corrosive environments.

Anti-injury mesh system

Folded mesh edges and continuous electro-welded mesh help reduce injury risk, improve safety and preserve the homogeneous finish of the playing enclosure.

Stainless steel assembly

316-grade stainless steel screws, nuts and washers provide resistance, safety and long-term durability, with round heads and lock nuts for a clean technical finish.

Open competition accesses

Regulatory open accesses of 220 cm high by 200 cm wide improve player safety and allow wheelchair access.

Rounded net posts

Rounded net posts with internal tensioning system and hidden anchor plate reduce injury risk and integrate seamlessly with the structure.

Customizable extreme-weather finish

Structure colour, branding, lighting pillars, protective systems and accessories can be adapted to the location and technical needs of each project.

Tempered glass

In accordance with the International Padel Federation standards for tempered glass, Infinity Xtrem uses 12 mm thick glass with flat polished edges, perfect planimetry and competition-ready design.

The court includes 18 glass panes of 2995 x 1995 mm with countersunk holes, covering a total of 108 m². Each pane is anchored with countersunk screws protected by UV-treated polyamide sleeves, together with locknuts, nuts and screws in 316-grade stainless steel, metric 10 mm.

High-quality neoprene gaskets absorb shocks and vibrations between the glass and the metal structure, improving safety, durability and playing comfort in demanding outdoor conditions.

Glass pane characteristics: width 2995 mm, height 1995 mm, thickness 12 mm, weight 180 kg. Bird-friendly glass is available upon request.

Patented structural system meets Eurocodes standards.

Perfect structural system

Infinity Xtrem is designed to deliver professional playing performance in locations exposed to extreme wind loads, without compromising the panoramic experience that defines the Infinity family.
