These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, “GTCU”) govern access to, browsing of and use of the website accessible via the domain JUBOPADEL.COM, as well as the liabilities arising from the use of its content, which are understood to include texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions and information, as well as any other creation protected by national laws and international treaties on intellectual and industrial property.
The main purpose of the Website is to provide corporate information about JUBOpadel, as well as to enable direct contact with the company via forms.
Access to the Website by the User is free and unrestricted, without prejudice to the fact that the use of certain services may require prior registration or the contracting of specific services, which shall be subject to their own terms and conditions of contract or booking.
